Women working full-time in the United States make 79 cents for every dollar men earn

It is usually quoted statistical size which is earned by women, working full time in the United States does 79 cents for each dollar by men, but the new research shows that the number considerably differs from the woman to the woman. For women is higher on an office ladder, color women, and — according to the new research NerdWallet — women in the West, the South and the Midwest, the interval of the salary is even worse.

The place has analysed 2007–2015 American data of Bureaus of a census to define how many monetary women and men in various states did. Wyoming where women, on average, made only 64 cents for each dollar of the man have earned was the worst criminal. Louisiana wasn't much better with the women doing 68 cents to dollar. The western Virginia, Utah, Northern Dakota, Montana, Oklahoma, Idaho, Michigan and Ohio — in that order — followed close behind.

These numbers which were even more oppressing when you consider their consequences for female lives of pension. In Wyoming, for example, women have to invest $1.55 for each dollar which men do to end with the same pension savings.

Some states do a little better, nevertheless. In New York, the state with the lowest interval of the salary, the woman have made 89 cents for men's dollar in 2015. Delaware, Florida, Northern Carolina, Rhode Island, California, New Mexico, Hawaii, Vermont and Nevada also had smaller, than average intervals. In most the states the interval became smaller between 2007 and 2015, but it hasn't changed in general in Texas, and it actually has grown in the states as Oklahoma, Utah and Vermont (which, despite existence of lower interval that the majority, really had small increase during this period).

NerdWallet assumes that the gender interval of a payment follows from the smaller number of the women rising to provisions of high level and more doing breaks to care for children. But while obtaining bigger number of women in the leading roles and providing bigger quantity of opportunities of service of social protection of children both are very important, men also make more money, than women with the same work.

And as less income means less money to invest the capital, the interval of a payment becomes a wide savings interval in the future. Even in New York, women still have to place $1.13 in 401 (k) forever, dollar men do if they hope to finish with the same sum of money. Of course, it is difficult for them to make it when they do less first.
