Chan Chunlyan 張仲良 is the Taiwan artist who has graduated Taipei from the National University of Arts, He has finished the special researches in France in Ecole supérieure d'art et de design Le Havre-Rouen (ESADHaR) later in Sorbonne of I in Paris. For last decade he participated in several shows including the Festival of the Photo of Taipei of 2016 (臺北攝影節).
His series "La Fenêtre miroitée. Transparente" (窗, 明鏡 , 透視) investigates theatricality of everyday life, the contradictory relations between close (internal) and public (external) space. Chiang creates digital superimposings of various places in France and Taiwan on which the city space is considered also by de/reconstructed through a window. In his photos the window appears as the paradoxical embodiment and transparency and reflection.
This photomontage reflects over our stare when we look outside the window. Calling in question the place of the person in his urban environment, this equipment also carries out the infinite and repeated movements of eyes which allow us to take a big picture. Instead of the simple motionless image, he offers a new type of the moving image noticed through the fragmented mirror.
